We delete your sign-in and erase the personal details on your account — your name, email address and phone number. Any active membership is cancelled and every saved payment card is removed, so nothing is charged again.

Records of completed transactions — purchases, receipts, wash cards and vehicle details — are kept for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Tell us in your request if you would like those removed too, and we will remove whatever we are not required by law to keep.

Requests are handled by a person. We aim to complete them within a few business days and will confirm by email when it is done.
